GV, you need to get in on Jaiku asap to round out that list on the right!

Apple is NOT souring, if you are a true apple fan and have been for long enough (and I mean years here) you will know that Apple always comes through to more than please, even if there is a hiccup. I love my iPhone and have had no problems with it, interesting to hear this from you though… And I have been more than pleased with Leopard, especially considering that at a week and 2 days old, I have already put over 100 hours on the OS and I have only 1 problem so far! Also, as a search engine professional (I’m an SEO) I would predict that Microsoft will never come close to putting out anything that will come remotely close to what Google offers… Time and time again MS comes out with these rumors of something fresh and new, but seem to always disappoint even the most die-hard windows fan (I know a few)… Also, another little food for thought for ya Gary, maybe you’re a bit upset with Apple’s performance on a thing or two, but what would it be like if you were running windows? On the whole, do you think you’d have the same satisfaction level? -Kenny

I’m less convinced that one of the candidates will manage to get themselves caught on tape saying something especially unsavory.
I think George Allen’s “macaca” incident was a wake up call for a lot of politicians and that now they will be bending over backwards to play it safe rather than ruin their political careers.

I have been a PC person since I started using computers but just this year I started seriously considering a Mac. I am really interested in feedback on Leopard so thanks for the candid opinion. Keep us posted on your thoughts about it!

What is frightening about Apple is that their users are like blind dogs and just follow the scent-It is sad when you build an app for your own products- that means only 1 platform and cannot get it right-

It makes you apreciate a little more the struggle that Microsoft has to go through with every release-

But lets give Apple credit they at least attempt to push the envelope but sometimes trying to make something to cool takes away from the everyday function of it- I think Blackberry is a perfect example- Why the keyboard and bulky handset- because THAT is what you need to operate in the real business world- touch screen I Phones are just for texting your friends about where you are going to meet in the car that your daddy bought you!

I never upgrade to a new OS on the first release. Too many bugs IMO. As for the Iphone I dig the integration of all the features but not the keyboard. Yes I agree the Edge next work SUX…….. God luck with your Mac Book mine had two hard drives replaced in the last year….. :(

That’s a drag about the laptops and the upgrade to Leopard. I haven’t bothered with it myself, yet because it’ll be years before they buy it for me at work and there’s no sense in bouncing between two OSes at work and home.

(@Kahuna: that’s… a nice blanket statement. Doesn’t every OS have its Fan Boys? (: )

Also, “American Gangster” is fan. tas. tic. Every scene is absolutely full without going overboard and there’s not a single lull. Or anyway: I didn’t think the movie ever slowed down.
