Wine LIbrary TV turns 4 years old today
Today is a big deal for me, a lot of insanely hard work went into 4 years of this show and I am really proud of what we have accomplished here, I want to thank Erik kastner for being an early partner in crime and Chris Mott, Matt Sitomer, John K, Ian Dorin, Brian Wooley, Kmurph and the many people behind the scenes at WL that help make this show go!

With the Speed of Social Media I really think every large organizations need to seriously consider having smaller nimble teams within them. Would love to get your thoughts?

You cant chase the big moment without and foundation and you cant buy friends
Too many people are doing thing because they think they “have to” brands need to start thinking about why they re doing it and more importantly start building real relationships
