VeeFriends is a transmedia, entertainment, and events company consisting of 283 characters drawn and created by Gary Vaynerchuk. VeeFriends characters are based on qualities and traits Gary hopes to inspire in others and were brought to life through Web3 technology.

Series 1 – The Original Collection
The genesis series of VeeFriends launched via dutch-auction on May 11th, 2021, consisting of 10,255 total NFTs of 268 unique characters hand-drawn by Gary Vaynerchuk. Every VeeFriends Series 1 NFT is admission to VeeCon 2022, 2023 and 2024.
TOKENS
Series 1 was centered around creating utility for token holders through three token categories:
9,400 Admission tokens
555 Gift tokens
300 Access tokens
Depending on their token(s), holders received admission to in-person and virtual access experiences with Gary, free physical products, as well as early-access to VeeFriends brand collaborations. All holders also received 3-year admission to VeeCon.
GARY ORIGINALLY OWNED (G.O.O.) TOKENS
Series 1 also introduced G.O.O. tokens, a highly limited, sought after supply of VeeFriends that will always have special significance, as Gary Vaynerchuk was their original owner. Each GOO can be identified by the gold G.O.O. badge.
CHRISTIE’S AUCTION
On October 1, 2021, five of Gary’s original VeeFriends Series 1 drawings sold at Christie’s for $1.2M.

Book Games
Book Games is a collection of 125,000 NFTs on Immutable X, a layer-2 solution on the Ethereum Network. To receive one, buyers purchased 12 or more copies of Gary Vaynerchuk’s book, Twelve and a Half: Leveraging the Emotional Ingredients Necessary for Business Success.
TOKENS
Every Book Games token is a burnable asset that can be exchanged for another digital asset with potential to include access, physical items, and other benefits.
Tokens are 16 drawn artworks encased in one of the five VeeFriends Spectacular rarities:
- Bubblegum
- Lava
- Diamond
- Gold
- Hologram
Each token artwork is also framed in 1 of 15 randomly generated frames. The combination of 16 original artworks, 5 Spectacular rarities, and 15 different frames creates a possible combination of 1,200 different Book Game token rarity types.

Series 2 – The Evolution
Series 2 was the follow-up to Series 1, bringing Gary’s original drawings to life. This Series features 55,555 total NFTs of 236 characters from Series 1, and 15 new characters created only in Series 2.
This series saw the same characters from Series 1, now evolved into fully personified and colored characters:

VeeCon
VeeCon is a first of its kind Web3 superconference built around NFTs, pop culture, entrepreneurship, marketing, and innovation. The only way to enter is to own a VeeCon ticket NFT, which is exclusively sent to VeeFriends Series 1 holders annually, for free.
The inaugural VeeCon event took place at the U.S. Banks Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota from May 19th – May 22nd, 2022, and was attended by more than 7,000 people.
VeeCon 2023 will take place from May 18 – May 20th, 2023 in Indianpolis, Indiana. The conference will occur across world-class locations, including Lucas Oil Stadium and TCU Amphitheater at White River State Park.
