As we continue building out our content team and capabilities, we’re looking for passionate content creators, platform strategists, videographers, and editors. See below for details — as we continue to open up new roles this year, they will be added to this page. Keep checking back!  

 

Video Shooter & Editor (NYC)

Requirements: 

  • Video / writing / art / design education OR equivalent creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms – social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite. Additional experience with any of the following is a plus: CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects  
  • Videography/Photography: DSLR
  • Editing/Post-production: Adobe Suite
  • Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including design, video, editing and writing
  • Responsible, accountable, and self starter who demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results.

Responsibilities: 

  • Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools, with informed guidance from creative leadership
  • Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by attention metrics (likes, comments, etc).
  • Cull for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social pages, and adapt content based on these learnings
  • Collaborate with your teammates and crossfuncitonal departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines
  • Collaborate with teammates, including Post Creative Strategist, to craft community management responses and engagements
  • Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing ideas and design strategy formulation

TikTok Strategy Lead (Remote) 

Requirements: 

  • Uses and creates on social media daily (with an emphasis on TikTok)
  • Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: producing, design, video editing, social media copywriting
  • Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience; all applicants will be asked to provide recent content examples from social media accounts
  • Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in ideating, strategizing, and making creative content on social media platforms –  TikTok videos
  • Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite programs and eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways to make social-first content: Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing (Instagram Story creation, TikTok editing, etc.)
  • Curious, responsible, accountable, and deeply passionate about their own personal interests and hobbies, and of course, kind, compassionate, and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration

Responsibilities: 

  • Producing & creating emotional, impactful, strategic organic content for Gary Vaynerchuk’s personal brand
  • Mastering the ability to conceptualize & strategize organic content ideas and turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
  • Managing & operating a platform TikTok
  • Diving into analytics & data to create strategic organic content for the brand
  • Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery – from a collection of photography to short video clips – and turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences
  • Collaborating with our creators to make and manipulate video, a plethora of short clips, photography, social copy, gifs, streaming stories, etc.
  • Honing your design, editing, and blurb-writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
  • Wrangling and rolling with your teammates to service rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and deliver and receive feedback, all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude towards content creation
  • Any experience using the following social listening & project management tools a plus but not mandatory:
    • Asana
    • Airtable

Creator Resident (NYC)

Requirements:
